Where I was Monday to where I am today is remarkable! My favorite things I have learned to use are the Widgets, Edmodo, and of course my Wiki.  The goods are the instructor, the information, and my classmates.  I think this will be a fun group to learn with.  I am not sure that I have any complaints as far as class structure or flow go.  My frustrations are with the programs themselves, but once I figure things out, they feel like successes! I had some ups and downs today but overall it was a good day with lots of progress made.  Having the classmates around that are so willing to help really is a bonus.  THANKS EVERYONE for helping and dealing with me talking to myself and my &quot;spaz&quot; moments.  <br \/>\n<br \/>\nI have learned so much in four days.  I mean, i know how to change the size of my embedded file by changing the code!  I have gained an incredible tool that hopefully teachers at my school will find useful.    I think the teacher has been extremely helpful and understanding.  I loved the amount of hands on work time in this course.  That is when I learned the most.  The bads were the glitches in the programs and wikispaces not having enough abilities to format in a more presentable way. Having good idea that constantly get hit by this and that roadblock because the software doesn't work like you believe it should is frustrating to say the least... I'd have to echo some other comments about time... Hitting a road block for 4+ hours daily because your computer doesn't support the software needed really puts a squeeze on time. The bad thing about this course is that it is only a week long. There is a lot of information we are taking in and most of it is very, very useful. I could use another week of this same material and information to actually feel confident. Retrieving information in multiple ways has been very beneficial, and creating the Wiki space has been a blast (yet frustrating at times).","replyPages":[{"page":0,"digests":[{"id":"63904530","body":"Right there with you - except maybe the instructor's knowledge thingy - prob depends on the moment :) Of course, if we went another week I'd have to cram your brain with a ton more stuff and you'd be cussing me out LoL. Almost all the programs we worked with were new to me, but I've enjoyed tinkering with them and brainstorming ways I can integrate them in my class. There are ALWAYS frustrations with it. The cool thing is learning how to accept that and deal with it and help others to learn to get through them. It's not perfect but it is really cool when you make it work and help benefit and engage kids. Just remember that this is only 1 sample of a tool that can work like this. The cool thing is that if you get frustrated with Wikispaces, you can now easily transition to a different one you might like better. So now I feel like I have more tinkering to do.  Also, through testing all my links, I realized that I could make changes to all of my linked documents, and I don't want anyone to be able to edit them.  So close, yet so far away still!  I feel very successful about my Screenr and my Prezi, though.  I was dreading both! Just one of the frustrations we have to get through. Like we talked about, unless you have a programmer working on the code specific for every type of browser that stuff can happen. Wikispaces makes you use the KISS method, unfortunately. It's designed apparently for basic sharing of media not the fancy stuff.
