Fill out the final criteria Google doc by Monday, July 15.
You will have until next Friday to add anything (continue to build) to your wiki. They will receive a final grade over the following weekend.
You should get an email from AU about the course evaluation. Please check for this and evaluate the course. Thanks!

Welcome to the world of implementing social networking and media in education!
GO GREEN, BABY! - You just completed a 3 semester course without having to use a single piece of paper (except for those cheaters :) or being required to print a single thing or file a piece of paper.
In general, you went from a class that was ready to pull their hair out at the end of the day Tuesday, to a cohesive class that collaborated with each other to problem solve and find solutions. That, to me, is what it's all about.
Those that were unsure about themselves and technology often became those that assisted and shared with others. I loved watching that evolution. Can you do it with your students?
Struggling, overcoming adversity and working through problems can often lead to some of the best long-term learning. You certainly did a lot of this :)
You were exposed to a bunch of new tools and their intricacies in 5 days, which many of you were not familiar (and even scared of at times :), and look at what you were able to produce. In reality, it was only about 3 working days and I hardly talked (except of course reflection and discussion :), which included the time to get to know the tools. You were outstanding!
For every tool we use, there are probably 10 others that will do the same thing - including wikis. Find one that works for you.
I hope you are able to really take off with things now and see how you can use some of the week to engage students and teachers. It's all finding the appropriate media to retrieve and disseminate information in the most efficient and effective manner. Don't sell yourself short - you are all leaders and that's a good thing!
I had a wonderful week. Though frustrations occur at times, you learn far more by working through them with others to find a solution than you would had I given you an answer. Man... talk about hands-on! You are a great group and I hope you feel the class was both enjoyable and beneficial.
No matter what instructional tool you use, it can be overused and lose it's effectiveness.

Technology is simply one of those tools.
Ultimately what matters is YOU!
